Kindly note that on-site registration for the conference in Rimini will not be available.
The 15th European Evaluation Biennial Conference 2024 will be an in-person event held at the Palacongressi di Rimini Congress Center in Rimini, Italy.
Professional Development Workshops are scheduled before the Conference on Monday and Tuesday, 23rd and 24th September 2024.
The main Conference will take place from Wednesday to Friday, 25th to 27th September 2024.
We kindly advise visa applicants to initiate the registration process at their earliest convenience.
The official language of the Conference and Professional Development Workshops is English.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full prepayment is needed prior to the conference. All necessary refunds will be made after the conference (EUR).
Final invoice(s) will be sent on request, after the conference, at no charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All modifications and cancellations concerning your registration* should be addressed to Kuoni Tumlare Congress by email at ees2024@kuonitumlare.com.
In case of cancellation, fees will be refunded after the conference (EUR), according to the following policy:
Until 31st July 2024: 100% refund less bank charges (15 EUR).
From 1st August to 22nd August 2024: An administration fee of 50 EUR will be charged, together with bank charges (15 EUR).
From 23rd August, 2024: no refund can be made.
Name substitutions and all changes can be made by contacting Kuoni Tumlare Congress in writing by 23 August at the latest.
*by registration we include all the services offered such as conference, pre-conference workshops, conference dinner ticket etc.
IMPORTANT
It is recommended that participants maintain or obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. Kuoni Tumlare Congress cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the conference participants and accompanying persons. Kuoni Tumlare Congress, Venue and Hotel are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, natural disaster (either threatened or actual) in war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, governmental travel or terrorism advisory, strikes, lock out, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause beyond the parties’ control which prevents the Hotel and/or venue from accommodating the clients of Kuoni Tumlare Congress for the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled by Kuoni Tumlare Congress.
